Talent Acquisition Executive

TheClearHire is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment while building strong client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client requirements

• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn & other channels

• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers & closures

• Manage client communication and understand hiring requirements

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Drive hiring TAT, closures and candidate experience

• Identify opportunities for repeat mandates and account growth

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

• Agency / Consultancy / RPO experience preferred

• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills

• Good communication, negotiation & client-handling abilities

• Target-driven and comfortable managing multiple requirements
