- Partner with business and HR leaders to identify learning needs through skills gap analysis, performance reviews, and business objectives.
- Develop annual learning plans aligned with organizational goals and talent strategies.
- Design learning roadmaps for various job roles and career paths.
- Design, develop, and deliver blended learning programs including classroom, e-learning, on-the-job training, workshops, and leadership programs.
- Curate relevant external learning resources and vendors.
- Facilitate training sessions where needed (soft skills, leadership, or functional areas).
- Manage end-to-end training operations including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Track learning participation, completion rates, and certifications.
- Use data to measure learning impact and program effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Management.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday Learning).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to evaluating learning impact and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and reporting dashboards (Excel, Power BI preferred).
