Position Overview:
We're looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for hiring, and a keen eye for identifying great talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle — job posting to offer rollout.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate relationships.
- Build and update a strong tech talent pipeline.
- Work on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Excellent communication & coordination skills
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setup
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
