Talent Acquisition Executive

At QI Spine, we're building a healthcare organization that is changing the way people approach spine care. As we continue to grow across India, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us

build the teams behind that growth.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements

Drive sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals and other channels

Build strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements

Manage candidate engagement, interviews, offers and onboarding coordination

Track and improve key hiring metrics such as TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, cost of hire and quality of hire

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Bring fresh ideas to improve our talent sourcing and hiring strategy

1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Experience handling end-to-end recruitment

Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills

Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Someone who enjoys solving hiring challenges rather than simply closing positions

You'll be building teams, shaping talent strategy and contributing directly to the growth of a healthcare organization.
