We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in SAP hiring, Staffing and working knowledge of Zoho tools. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, especially for SAP roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles (SAP Basis, FICO, ABAP, MM, SD, etc.), Staffing Roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback
- Handle interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate data and pipeline using Zoho Recruit or other Zoho tools
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline status)
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of SAP skillsets and hiring trends
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or other ATS platforms
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Experience in IT recruitment, preferably SAP domain
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Experience in consulting or product-based IT hiring
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn
