About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in bulk hiring to support our large-scale recruitment needs. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely closures across high-volume roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk hiring requirements (screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver talent within set timelines.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, walk-ins, and agencies.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates suitability.
- Manage mass drives and walk-in recruitment events to ensure large-scale closures.
- Track and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring metrics.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and candidate experience.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in bulk / volume hiring (preferably in BPO, sales, customer service, or frontline roles).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure hiring targets and meet deadlines.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Team player with problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 25 years of experience in bulk/volume hiring or talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in BPO, call center, sales, or high-volume recruitment industries will be an added advantage.
