Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data and reporting.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract potential candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
