We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Technical Recruiter /HR Executive/Sr. Executive -Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. Technical Skills :
- Google workspace & use of excel for data tracking
- Job portals & platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor
- Maintaining recruitment dashboards, analysing hiring metrics, creating reports in google sheet

Job Objectives & Responsibilities :
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media & employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Conduct preliminary screening calls, schedule assessment tests and ensure positive candidate experience during the complete recruitment cycle.
- Coordinate with the candidates & hiring managers for scheduling the interviews to ensure smooth interview process.
- Maintain & update candidates databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms.
- Support onboarding of new hires ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
- Travel to campuses for conducting assessment tests & sourcing talent to meet annual workforce numbers.
Qualification & Experience : BTech/Bachelor's or equivalent + MBA in HR/Business Management(Desirable), 2-5 Years of work experience
