Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Basavanagudi / Yelachanahalli, Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle bulk hiring for retail store roles (Sales Associates, Store Managers, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-in drives
- Screen and shortlist candidates; coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct HR screening and manage salary negotiations
- Ensure quick closures within defined TAT
- Maintain and manage candidate pipeline and database
- Coordinate offer rollout and onboarding process
- Collaborate with business teams for manpower planning
- Track and report recruitment metrics (closures, TAT, conversion ratios)
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in retail hiring / volume hiring
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and Excel
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Proficiency in Telugu or Tamil (mandatory)
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in retail / fashion / jewellery / QSR hiring
- Exposure to multi-location store hiring
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred
