Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 1–2 years in managing end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT sectors. You will be responsible for identifying the right talent using advanced sourcing techniques and must be highly proficient in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri to find the best-fit candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and initial interviewing for diverse roles.
- Dual-Sector Hiring: Handle a high volume of mandates across IT (Software Engineers, Developers, etc.) and Non-IT domains (Sales, Operations, Engineering).
- Niche Sourcing: Execute out-of-the-box search strategies to identify and attract candidates for rare or super niche technical skills.
- Platform Expertise: Demonstrate advanced technical usage of Naukri.com (Boolean strings, mass mailing) and LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive headhunting.
- Coordination: Manage seamless interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain top-notch verbal and written communication with internal teams and external candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a steady pipeline of passive talent for recurring roles.
