Hiring: Recruitment Executive – IT & Non-IT

Experience: 0–3 Years

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented professionals to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Use Boolean/search techniques to identify relevant profiles.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Understand job requirements and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Work towards recruitment targets and timelines.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Internship experience in recruitment will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of Boolean/search techniques.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
