We are looking for a skilled, experienced HR candidate to oversee our end-to-end recruitment cycle. To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of IT and general Technology awareness, work closely with the stakeholders and managers, develop long-term recruiting strategies, and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify resource skill needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
- Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or audio/video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Assist in HR Administrative activities, Employee Onboarding, Statutory filings
- Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
- Preparing and maintaining HR documents.
- Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Requirements and skills
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as an IT recruiter.
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, managing the entire life cycle of the recruitment process (360 Degree/End to End).
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Possess good Pre-screening skills to understand the relevant/hands-on skills possessed by the applicant/source.
- Sound knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Familiarity with the job boards like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases, Mass mailer campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MBA in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant degree with experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
