Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Talent Acquisition to support hiring within the BPO vertical. This role focuses on support and niche hiring, requiring strong stakeholder coordination and candidate management skills. This is not a bulk hiring role.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and assess candidates for support and specialized roles within the BPO vertical
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring expectations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles
• Utilize job portals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels effectively
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification processes
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates and reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Eligibility Criteria

• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in BPO/support hiring roles)
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles with attention to detail
