This is a full-time on-site role, located in Chandigarh, for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing recruitment-related documentation. The role will involve building a strong talent pipeline and fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additional duties may include participating in employer branding initiatives and supporting HR-related projects as needed.

• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
• Experience in coordinating with hiring managers and understanding workforce planning needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Data management, attention to detail, and documentation skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus
