About The Role
We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end hiring processes across multiple functions. This role requires strong sourcing skills, attention to detail in candidate evaluation, and the ability to deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience. You'll work closely with the TA team and hiring managers to ensure timely closures while learning and growing in advanced recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Outreach Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms to identify and engage relevant candidates.
- Screening & Shortlisting Conduct initial assessments based on skills, communication, and role fit.
- Interview Coordination Manage scheduling, candidate communication, and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Offer Follow-ups Support salary discussions, roll out offers, and handle candidate queries with guidance from senior team members.
- Database Management Maintain candidate records in ATS/Excel trackers and keep pipelines updated.
- Reporting Support Assist in preparing basic recruitment reports like TAT, pipeline status, and source mix.
