Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive specializing in the healthcare sector, based in Dehradun. The role involves sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates to meet the hiring needs of the organization. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building robust employer branding strategies, and assisting in IT and healthcare-specific recruitment efforts. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Healthcare Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruitment processes
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders
• Experience or interest in Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Knowledge or experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
