Job Description

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and documentation
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Meet hiring targets and TATs as per business requirements
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Result-oriented and deadline-driven approach

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR preferred)

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Strong communication skills

Tools & Systems (Preferred)

  • ATS / HRMS / Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist & Etc.)
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Time-to-hire & closure rate
