Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned with organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and documentation
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet hiring targets and TATs as per business requirements
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Result-oriented and deadline-driven approach
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR preferred)
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong communication skills
Tools & Systems (Preferred)
- ATS / HRMS / Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist & Etc.)
- MS Excel / Google Sheets
