About the Role
Title :- Talent Acquisition Executive
Location :- Andheri J B Nagar ( Work From Office)
Experience:- 3 to 5 Years in sourcing electrical turnkey projects candidates
Non IT background Male/Female candidates prefer
Package: 3.00 LPA to 6.00 LPA
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening and scheduling the best talents through web-portals, Consultancies, References and Campus as per the requirement of the organization at PAN INDIA level for interviews.
- Conduct HR round of Interview.
- Conducting the Verifications with Ex-Employer on the event of selection.
- Issue of Offer letters, Appointment letters, Induction Kit, etc.
- Maintaining databank of resumes on the basis of various profiles and regions.
- Conducting Induction for new joiners and Communication of Policies.
- Maintaining Employee Personal Data Files, DMS etc. with timely updation.
- Grievance – First round of interaction and submission of the reports to respective HOD with suggestive measures.
- Preparing the Monthly, Half yearly & Yearly MIS Reports of recruitment & onboarding.
- All other responsibilities given to you from time to time by your reporting manager / organization.
Qualifications
Graduate/post graduation in Human Resource

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
