Role & Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for BDE (Business Development Executive) roles
- Handle bulk and urgent hiring requirements for UK and USA clients
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess communication skills
- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining candidate quality
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates
- Build a strong pipeline of BDE candidates for ongoing requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Proven experience in BDE / Sales hiring
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Experience hiring for international process / overseas clients is a strong advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Kolkata candidate preferred
