AdGrid is an early-stage, stealth-mode AdTech–FinTech company based in Gurugram, building a platform at the intersection of advertising technology and financial infrastructure. We're a small team building fast, and hiring the people who'll help shape the company from the ground up.

The Role

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role in Gurugram, ideal for someone 1–2 years into their career who wants to own hiring at an early-stage startup and grow into a broader people function over time.

You'll run end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing, across roles and functions as the company scales. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand what each role really needs, build and manage a strong candidate pipeline, and keep the candidate experience sharp from first message to joining. Alongside recruitment, you'll take on HR and administrative tasks that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, and grow into wider people-operations work over time.

We're a startup, so the role is varied by design. We're looking for someone with a dynamic, adaptable approach, someone who takes initiative, takes ownership, and brings their best to whatever the day brings.

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years in recruitment or HR, with hands-on experience running end-to-end hiring cycles
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close candidates effectively
• Comfort with (or a strong willingness to quickly learn) tech and product hiring; prior IT/startup recruiting is a plus, not a must
• High ownership, reliability, and integrity — someone who follows through without being chased
• A dynamic, adaptable approach and the initiative to grow beyond recruitment into the wider people function
• Working knowledge of ATS/recruitment tools and a data-driven approach to hiring (good to have)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
