Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the EdTech sector at XpressEdu. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also be involved in developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications

- Experience in Interviewing and Hiring
- Skills in Employer Branding
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 months - 1 year of experience
