Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and interview panels
  • Act as a bridge between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth communication
  • Meet and great the candidates during in person interviews
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of recruitment data in ATS and other tools
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through reporting insights and feedback loops

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination and TA operations
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process orientation
  • Proficiency in Excel, and recruitment tools/ATS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume scheduling with accuracy and speed
