Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across departments.
  • Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards.
  • Assist in screening applications and forwarding shortlisted profiles.
  • Coordinate offer release, documentation, and onboarding activities.
  • Liaise with hiring managers for interview feedback and next steps.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination is an added advantage.
