Recruitment Consultant
Location: 3 Shenton Way, #07-08, Singapore 068805
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Upon successful completion of probation and achievement of daily KPI, working hours will be adjusted to 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Remuneration

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and match candidates to temporary, contract, and permanent positions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and client engagement
- Advertise job vacancies across appropriate recruitment channels
- Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and shortlisting
- Provide candidates with accurate information regarding job responsibilities, remuneration, and benefits
- Prepare and submit candidate profiles and resumes to clients
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between clients and candidates
- Follow up on interview outcomes and hiring progress with clients and candidates
- Negotiate employment terms, salary packages, and placement arrangements
- Advise clients and candidates on market trends, compensation, and career development
- Perform recruitment-related administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- CEI certification is an advantage
- Strong interest in recruitment, sales, and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Committed to achieving performance targets and continuous professional growth
