About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure we attract, hire, and retain the best talent for our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and hiring across diverse business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding manpower requirements, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to final selection and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through various channels job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews, evaluate candidates, and recommend suitable profiles to business teams.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage offer negotiation, background verification.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards for regular reporting.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with market trends and talent insights to guide business hiring decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring across multiple functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Experience with ATS tools like Zoho Recruit, Workday, or similar platforms preferred.
