The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our organization and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the job market context in India and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
• Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry or job market context in India
• Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
