Role Overview
Bajaj Broking is looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to drive end-to-end hiring for our Revenue and Branch Broking Business. This role is pivotal in scaling high-performing sales, advisory, and leadership talent across branches and regions.
As a TABP, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating growth plans into hiring strategies, building diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring speed, quality, and consistency in hiring.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands revenue-driven businesses, and can balance execution with strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted hiring partner to Regional Heads, Branch Heads, and Revenue Leaders.
- Understand business growth plans, branch expansion, and revenue targets to proactively forecast hiring needs.
- Provide market insights, talent availability trends, and hiring recommendations to leadership.
End-to-End Hiring Ownership
- Drive hiring for roles such as:
- Relationship Managers (Retail / HNI / Wealth)
- Branch Managers & Market Heads
- Sales Leaders & Revenue Managers
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecyclefrom role scoping and sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Reduce over-dependence on referrals by building strong external talent pipelines.
- Leverage multiple channels: direct sourcing, job portals, LinkedIn, alumni networks, hiring partners, and campus programs.
- Build and maintain ready-to-hire talent pools for critical revenue roles.
Stakeholder Management
- Ensure strong communication, expectation setting, and timely updates with business stakeholders.
- Challenge and refine hiring briefs where needed to ensure quality and speed.
- Drive hiring SLAs and accountability across stakeholders.
Employer Branding & Talent Market Presence
- Support employer branding initiatives for revenue roles across digital and offline platforms.
- Represent Bajaj Broking as an employer of choice in the broking and wealth ecosystem.
- Participate in hiring drives, walk-ins, and regional recruitment events.
Data, Governance & Quality
- Track and report key hiring metrics: TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and processes.
- Continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in sales / revenue hiring within Broking, Wealth, BFSI, or NBFCs.
- Proven ability to hire at scale while maintaining quality.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong sourcing capability beyond referrals.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in dashboards and metrics.
- High ownership, execution orientation, and business acumen.

- Broking / Wealth Management firms

- Exposure to multi-location or regional hiring.
