OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Karma Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support IT and Non-IT hiring by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers and data, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment – Sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews.
- Source candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports accurately.
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding interview feedback and hiring updates.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in managing offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment-related documentation and records efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors/MBA Graduate with minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Good knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and maintaining recruitment data/trackers
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
