Position - Associate - Human Resources
Location - Navi Mumbai (Turbhe)
Who are we
HaystackAnalytics is a healthtech company spun out of IIT Bombay, developing products and technology platforms to make NGS-based clinical solutions affordable and accessible to diagnostic laboratories and hospitals worldwide. We are a global innovator of products like TB-WGS and infexn-NGS. Both of these are patented products from HaystackAnalytics disrupting diagnostics and improving patient outcome in their respective domains. Next we are
creating the AI Platform for human genomics identifi-NGS which is designed to bring a patient's genetic context to Hospitals/doctors/customers enabling personalized therapy and outcome.
What we want you to do
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and
professional platforms)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning
tests
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and
internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate with stakeholders i.e Hiring managers, candidates. For scheduling
interviews.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a liaison with new joiners to help them in the journey of new hire to an employee.
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
What are we looking in you
- 6 months - 1 year work experience as an HR Recruiter/Executive.
- Well versed with MS Office and GSuite
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
- Will be required to use own Laptop.
