Job Description

Stance Health is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is passionate about building strong teams.

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in scaling our organization by managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will work closely with founders, hiring managers, and external hiring partners to attract and hire top talent.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to startup hiring, employer branding, HR operations, and talent strategy.

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout, Sector 1.

Office Timings: 10 am to 7 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Mode: Hybrid (WFH on Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across departments.
  • Post job openings on various hiring platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Work with multiple hiring agencies and external partners to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain and update candidate data within HRIS/ATS systems with high accuracy.
  • Track recruitment metrics, hiring status, and turnaround timelines using Excel and internal trackers.
  • Support onboarding activities including documentation, offer rollout, and orientation coordination.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and hiring process improvements.
  • Assist in various HR initiatives such as employee engagement and performance management programs.
  • Support campus hiring and engagement initiatives.

  • Successfully close positions across multiple business functions.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and hiring agencies.
  • Deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Improve hiring efficiency and reduce turnaround time for open roles.
  • Become a key contributor in scaling teams across Stance Health locations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Should have experience in campus hiring and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience handling high-volume and middle management recruitment.
  • Prior internship or startup experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Instahyre.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Comfortable working in a 6-day work week setup with flexibility.
