Talent Acquisition Analyst (US Hiring)

Shift Time: 06:30 PM - 03:30 AM

Work Location : Hyderabad

Hybrid Model : 3 Days work from office (per week)

Skills: 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a multinational or U.S.-based organization.

About Role : 

We have an exciting role of Talent Acquisition Associate. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our OHG Hub Team. This role is key to ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience, primarily supporting offshore recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between offshore teams, agency leaders, and hiring managers throughout the candidate selection process
  • Coordinate interviews between offshore candidates and OHG agencies
  • Facilitate candidate assessments and skills testing
  • Obtain offer approvals and manage related documentation
  • Lead and monitor the interview scheduling process for OHG agencies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in Greenhouse (e.g., resumes, assignments, contact details)
  • Support onboarding by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and transitions are smooth
  • Ensure consistent and proactive communication with stakeholders
  • Adhere to and help communicate the recruitment processes for offshore hiring
  • Collaborate with extended talent acquisition and HR teams to meet hiring goals
  • Provide high-level support to agency leaders and hiring managers
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline recruitment and coordination processes, contributing to overall team efficiency
  • Apply critical thinking to assess complex recruitment challenges, identify solutions, and drive continuous improvement in processes.
  • Participate in talent acquisition meetings and cross-functional initiatives
  • Assist with special projects including talent analytics, social media initiatives, and HR-focused projects
  • Provide ad hoc support to the HR Operations team as needed
  • Uphold established processes and maintain thorough documentation

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a multinational or U.S.-based organization
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to delivering excellent internal client service
  • Proficient in HR technology tools and systems; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse), HRIS platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently while also thriving in team-oriented environments
  • Willingness to take ownership of responsibilities and support colleagues as needed
