Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will be responsible for managingend-to-end recruitmentacrossSupply Chain and Finance functions, partnering closely withhiring managers, HR teams, and candidatesto deliverhigh-quality hiring outcomesand anexceptional candidate experience.
The role requiresindependent management of the recruitment lifecycle, fromintake discussions and sourcing strategythroughoffer management, onboarding support, and candidate engagementduring the notice period. In addition to recruitment delivery, the role will contribute toTalent Acquisition initiatives and projectsthat enhance hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, and operational excellence.
The role will primarily supportSupply Chain and Finance hiringand may also provide recruitment support to other functions based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manageend-to-end recruitmentfor assigned positions across Supply Chain and Finance functions.
Conductintake discussionswith hiring managers to understand role requirements, success profiles, timelines, and hiring priorities.
Developsourcing strategiesand builddiverse, high-quality talent pipelinesthrough direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and external channels.
Screen, assess, and shortlistcandidates against role requirements and organizational fit.
Coordinate and manage theinterview process, ensuring timely communication and stakeholder alignment.
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to providemarket insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations.
Manageoffer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closureactivities.
Maintaincandidate engagementthroughout the onboarding and notice-period stages to support successful joining outcomes.
Ensure accurate management ofrecruitment systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
SupportTalent Acquisition projects and initiativesrelated to process improvement, candidate experience, employer branding, diversity hiring, talent pipelining, and operational excellence.
Provide recruitment support to other business functions as required.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degreein Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience managingend-to-end recruitment independentlyin a corporate or agency environment.
Strongstakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to managemultiple requisitions simultaneouslywhile maintaining quality and candidate experience.
Experience indirect sourcing, market mapping, candidate assessment, and offer management.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience recruiting forSupply Chain and/or Finance functionswill be a strong advantage, including roles such as:
Supply Chain:Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Customer Service & Logistics, Quality, HSE, Continuous Improvement, R&D/Innovation, and Plant Leadership roles.
Finance:Commercial Finance, FP&A, Plant Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Procurement Finance, Accounting, and Financial Planning roles.
Experience withinFMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, or similar industrieswill be preferred.
