Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Engagement: Contract 2 Hire

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talend Developer (L3) with strong hands-on expertise in Talend, SQL, and PeopleSoft to support enterprise data integration and ETL initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing and developing ETL pipelines, integrating data from PeopleSoft and other enterprise systems, performing data transformations, and troubleshooting production data issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Talend ETL/data integration jobs.
• Extract, transform, and load data from PeopleSoft and other source systems.
• Develop complex data transformations, mappings, joins, lookups, and validations using Talend.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation scripts.
• Provide L3-level technical support and mentor junior developers when required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL/Data Integration development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Talend.
• Hands-on PeopleSoft experience.
• Experience extracting and integrating data from PeopleSoft.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing.
• Ability to work independently at an L3 support/development level.

Good to Have

• Experience with PeopleSoft data models and modules.
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Experience with Talend Administration/Management Console.
• Experience with production support and job scheduling..

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a senior Talend developer with strong SQL and PeopleSoft experience, capable of independently developing and troubleshooting complex ETL workflows and providing L3-level production support.
