We are seeking an experienced Talend Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data integration and ETL processes, with a strong focus on using Talend tools to design, develop, and optimize data workflows. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing data integration processes using Talend ETL tools.
- Collaborating with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements.
- Creating and maintaining data pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient data processing.
- Troubleshooting and resolving data integration issues in a timely manner.
- Optimizing Talend jobs for performance and scalability.
- Conducting unit testing and supporting system testing for data integration solutions.
- Documenting technical specifications, processes, and workflows related to data integration.
- Providing support and training to team members on Talend best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 9-13 years of experience in data integration and ETL development.
- Strong proficiency in Talend Open Studio or Talend Data Integration.
- Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and writing complex queries.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Experience in designing and implementing data quality processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
