Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Stitch, alter, and repair staff uniforms as per department requirements
  • Take accurate measurements of employees for uniform fitting
  • Maintain uniform quality, neatness, and standard appearance
  • Repair damaged uniforms (hemming, button replacement, zipper fixing, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping / HR for uniform issue and replacement
  • Maintain tailoring tools, machines, and work area
  • Keep basic records of uniform alterations and issues
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel grooming standards

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Tailor, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of stitching, alteration, and fabric handling
  • Ability to operate sewing machines and hand-stitching tools
  • Attention to detail and quality finishing
  • Ability to work independently and meet timelines
  • Physically fit for standing and repetitive work
