Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tableau/Power BI Consultant to join our consulting team
  • As a consultant, you will be responsible for helping our clients leverage data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI, to gain insights, make informed decisions, and optimize their business processes
  • Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and the use of these tools will be essential in providing valuable solutions to our clients
  • Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their data analysis and reporting needs
  • Engage in client discussions to gather requirements, define project scope, and determine objectives
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and assess client data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions
  • Prepare and clean data as necessary for visualization
  • Visualization Development: Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Customize visualizations to suit specific client needs and industry standards
  • Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud-based services, to build comprehensive and meaningful dashboards
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboard performance by minimizing load times and enhancing user experience
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and end-users on how to use and navigate the dashboards and reports effectively
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of dashboards and visualizations
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation of dashboard designs, data sources, and best practices for clients and internal use
  • Client Collaboration: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and make improvements to dashboards as required
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Tableau and Power BI
