Job Summary:

As a Senior Tableau Developer with Enterprise Data and Analytics, you will be responsible for creating data visualization solutions that improve business processes across multiple departments. You will generate Tableau dashboard reports, create business intelligence visualizations, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Your role includes designing, developing, unit testing, and maintaining complex dashboards focused on scalability, manageability, performance, and reusability. You will ensure adherence to coding and style standards, resolve support tickets, and lead efforts to define standards, automated testing, version control, documentation, and code reviews. You will also mentor and coach other BI developers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead BI projects focused on Tableau dashboards and data sets.

- Perform code and design reviews on BI dashboards created by team members.

- Collaborate effectively with business users, data engineers, and BI professionals.

- Establish standards for Tableau operations, programming, queries, and security.

- Develop Tableau dashboards and data sets using AtScale Semantic layer.

- Develop and support data pipelines, data lake, and data warehouse solutions to unlock data value for business decisions.

- Create, maintain, and leverage best practices and design standards to provide critical business insights.

- Certify existing Tableau dashboards through query analysis, testing, and updates to meet organizational standards and best practices.

- Provide clean data sets and products to product owners, analytics, and BI teams.

- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements such as automation, data delivery optimization, and infrastructure redesign for scalability.

- Support analytical requests across internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with data and analytics experts to enhance data system functionalities.

- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analyses, model development, validation, and implementation.

- Solve complex data problems by delivering actionable insights that help the business achieve its goals.

Years of Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years in roles such as analytics engineer, BI developer, data scientist, data engineer, or related fields.

Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Skill Set Required:

Must have:

- BI Development experience working with tools like Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or Looker.

- Experience with Data Warehouse technologies such as Google BigQuery or AWS Redshift.

- Proficiency in SQL using direct queries, views, or materialized views.

- Experience working within an Agile Scrum team.

- Unit testing knowledge and practice.

Nice to have:

- Advanced SQL knowledge and familiarity with various relational databases.

- 5+ years of Tableau development experience.

- Experience with AtScale cubes or other semantic/cube-based technologies.

- Prior hands-on experience with Google BigQuery SQL development.

- Experience in QSR / Restaurant industry (not mandatory).
