Role Description

This is a contract role for a mid-level Tableau Developer based on-site in Ahmedabad. The Tableau Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards to provide data-driven insights. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing data models, working with data warehousing solutions, and performing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. The role also involves analyzing data to deliver actionable insights and working collaboratively with teams to support decision-making processes.

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and KPIs
• Connect Tableau with multiple data sources (SQL databases, files, etc.)
• Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, and LOD expressions
• Optimize dashboards for performance and usability
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best visualization practices

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as a Tableau Developer / BI Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server/Cloud
• Good knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, aggregations)
• Experience working with large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
