We are seeking a highly skilled Business Objects Specialist with strong Tableau expertise to join our growing Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, dashboard development, data visualization, and enterprise reporting solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful reporting and analytics solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Tableau to support business decision-making.

* Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.

* Develop, maintain, and optimize SAP BusinessObjects reports, Universes, and semantic layers to ensure consistent and reliable reporting.

* Work closely with business users, analysts, and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and recommend best-fit BI solutions.

* Perform data validation, data quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs.

* Optimize report performance and improve efficiency of existing Business Objects and Tableau solutions.

* Develop complex SQL queries and work with relational databases to support reporting and analytics initiatives.

* Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, data mappings, report definitions, and user guides.

* Provide end-user training, support, and knowledge transfer on Tableau dashboards and Business Objects reporting tools.

* Participate in BI modernization and migration initiatives, including transitioning legacy reports to modern analytics platforms.

* Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

* 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics development.

* Strong hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects (Web Intelligence, Universes, Information Design Tool, or related BO components).

* Proven expertise in Tableau dashboard development and data visualization best practices.

* Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets.

* Solid understanding of database concepts, data modeling, data warehousing, and BI architecture.

* Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating data from enterprise systems.

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

* Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration tools.

* Exposure to Power BI or other BI reporting platforms.

* Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments and large-scale analytics implementations.

* Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
