KPI Partners is seeking a talented Business Objects Specialist with expertise in Tableau to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our analytics division, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that Tableau solutions meet business needs.

- Utilize Business Objects tools to create, maintain, and optimize reports and universes.

- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.

- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on Tableau and Business Objects functionalities.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Objects Specialist and proficiency in Tableau.

- Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data modeling.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
