Job Description

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Data Modeling: Design and develop data models and datasets within Tableau CRM to support reporting and analytics requirements. Define data relationships, calculations, and aggregations to enable meaningful analysis and visualization of data.
  • Dashboard Development: Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Tableau CRM. Customize dashboard layouts, design data visualizations, and implement interactivity features to enable users to explore data and gain insights.
  • Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources into Tableau CRM using data connectors and APIs. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from databases, data warehouses, cloud services, and other sources to enable comprehensive analysis and reporting.
  • Analytics Development: Develop advanced analytics solutions such as predictive modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis using Tableau CRM's analytics capabilities. Implement statistical algorithms and machine learning techniques to uncover patterns and insights in data.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of Tableau CRM dashboards and datasets to ensure fast response times and efficient use of resources. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, data processing issues, and dashboard design flaws.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to business users on how to use Tableau CRM dashboards and analytics features effectively. Create user documentation, tutorials, and training materials to empower users to self-serve their analytics needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and validation of Tableau CRM solutions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data and analytics outputs. Perform data quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
