Job description:

1.) Turn Jira/Git/LMS/survey data into clear Tableau dashboards that show adoption, outcomes, and ROI.

2.) Design a lightweight, repeatable data flow-access, clean, and model signals from data systems, Jira, Git, and surveys-then build Tableau views that answer business questions about agile practice uptake and training impact. Translate needs metrics visuals; make it self-serve and trustworthy.

3.) Owns data access/ingestion (LMS/Jira/Git/surveys), metric definitions + simple data model, transforms/joins, Tableau data sources & dashboards, QA/validation & refresh cadence, basic permissions, metric documentation.

4.) Tableau expert: LODs, parameters, actions, row-level security, performance tuning

Strong data modeling, likely with Python, SQL or similar.

Ideal candidate would understand SDLC/agile practices to design meaningful engineering metrics. Communicates with non-technical stakeholders; turns ambiguous asks into clear metric specs. Documentation-first mindset: metric definitions, caveats, and how to read this notes.

Sets or contributes to the business strategy for own team and function.

Has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requires use of conceptual and innovative thinking (i.e. identifying solutions).

Restricted to own department.

Developed communication skills to negotiate mainly internally and often at higher levels.
