Description

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Admin to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Tableau Server environments, ensuring optimal performance, and providing user support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Tableau Server infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and upgrade Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop.
• Monitor server performance and user activity.
• Implement security protocols and user access control.
• Create and manage Tableau users, groups, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Tableau Server and provide user support.
• Optimize performance of Tableau workbooks and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Tableau processes and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in Tableau administration or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau Server architecture and administration.
• Experience with SQL and database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Proficient in data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
• Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows/Linux) and network protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
