Remote | 1-3 year experience | Full time

We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership technical recruiter who can take charge of sourcing and closing candidates for IT services roles.

What you'll do

• Source and screen candidates as per defined JDs and filters
• Ensure follow-through across all steps: CVs, interviews, offers, joining
• Manage and improve recruitment trackers (Excel, Airtable)

What we're looking for

• minimum 3 year of experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong grasp of screening criteria and filters
• Experience of closing IT or tech roles
• Solid communication skills voice and writing both
• High energy, disciplined follow-up, and a close it attitude
• Comfortable with tools like Naukri, Excel, LinkedIn, and fast at learning new ones
