Ola Electric is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with proven expertise in large-scale hiring for GTM (Go-to-Market) functions. You will drive high-volume talent acquisition strategies, ensure timely ramp-up of sales and operations teams, and partner closely with business leaders to deliver top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end bulk recruitment drives for GTM roles across sales, operations, and customer engagement functions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring volumes and create agile recruitment plans.
- Build and manage robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, campus hiring, walk-ins, and recruitment events.
- Optimize recruitment processes for speed, efficiency, and quality in high-volume hiring scenarios.
- Use data-driven insights to track hiring progress, forecast gaps, and suggest process improvements.
- Manage relationships with recruitment partners, agencies, and job platforms to scale up talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- 45 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record in bulk hiring for GTM/sales roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in high-pressure, ramp-up environments.
- Strong sourcing skills through multiple channels (job portals, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, on-ground events).
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Based in Bangalore, with flexibility to travel for recruitment events and on-site engagements.
