Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Recruitment Module Support Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in Oracle Recruitment/Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) support. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and experience of providing production support by managing and resolving recruitment-related tickets. This role requires working closely with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and continuous support for recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 functional support for the Oracle Recruitment module/Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to recruitment processes within defined SLAs.
  • Handle complex recruitment module issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution when required.
  • Support end users with recruitment-related functionality, configurations, and process queries.
  • Monitor and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to support business requirements.
  • Validate system changes and support testing activities for patches, enhancements, and releases.
  • Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational support processes and service quality standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting the Oracle Recruitment module or Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, application processing, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding integration, and hiring workflows.
  • Experience managing production support, incident management, and service requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud security roles and recruitment-related business processes.
  • Ability to analyze functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and support teams.
  • Willingness to work in a night shift.
