Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for Non-IT roles across multiple functions.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and deliver effective hiring strategies.
  • Lead campus hiring initiatives, including campus connects, pre-placement talks, and fresher hiring drives.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with business heads and leadership teams.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire and positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods such as social media, networking, employee referrals, and job portals.
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding, ensuring compliance with internal HR policies.
  • Track and present recruitment metrics including TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and conduct competitor analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 6-10 years of strong experience in Non-IT recruitment.
  • Proven expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience in campus hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder and business management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role with high ownership.
