Job Description

Job Description: -

  • Facilitate ABSLI manpower hiring across the west zone region within budget and as per approved manpower plan
  • Source all positions upto Manager level within TAT using job portals, and vendor network and driving referral program across the region
  • Ensure quality of hire within the specified parameter
  • Close all critical positions in shortest possible time within the hiring budget
  • Ensure recruitments are done with an optimum sourcing mix to maintain cost within budget
  • Ensure compensation alignment for all recruitments (within given bands) during the hiring process
  • To complete onboarding of all hires FLS/FLM withing the TAT and ensure closure of case as per the date of joining
  • Connect with stakeholders on a periodic basis for understanding prevalent manning gaps in the respective region
