Job Description: -

1. Facilitate ABSLI manpower hiring across the west zone region within budget and as per approved manpower plan

2. Source all positions upto Manager level within TAT using job portals, and vendor network and driving referral program across the region

3. Ensure quality of hire within the specified parameter

4. Close all critical positions in shortest possible time within the hiring budget

5. Ensure recruitments are done with an optimum sourcing mix to maintain cost within budget

6. Ensure compensation alignment for all recruitments (within given bands) during the hiring process

7. To complete onboarding of all hires FLS/FLM withing the TAT and ensure closure of case as per the date of joining

9. Connect with stakeholders on a periodic basis for understanding prevalent manning gaps in the respective region
