Job Purpose/ Summary

TA leads strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business goals, overseeing lateral hiring across units and managing quarterly and annual hiring plans. He/She will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, ensuring efficient recruitment operations from sourcing to onboarding while promoting cost-effective channels. The role involves mentoring recruiters, driving execution excellence, and enhancing employer branding through market intelligence. A strong focus on diversity and inclusion is essential, along with monitoring key hiring metrics to optimize recruitment outcomes. Should have led campus recruitment initiative. Should be an expert managing volume hiring. Should have lead a team of 8+ people for 5+ years.

Lead and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives across Manufacturing Plants BPS IT and Finance domains within the GCCbr Align talent acquisition strategies with business growth objectives to ensure a futureready workforcebr Drive largescale hiring efforts ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planningbr Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand and fulfill workforce needs efficientlybr Oversee endtoend recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding while promoting costeffective recruitment channelsbr Mentor and guide a team of recruiters fostering a culture of execution excellence and continuous improvementbr Enhance employer branding through strategic market intelligence and innovative recruitment practicesbr Focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a balanced and inclusive workforcebr Monitor and analyze key hiring metrics to optimize recruitment outcomes and drive strategic improvements
